　　采菱不断地翻找相簿，终于想起自己曾经离家出走，并且生下一个孩子Sky的往事，也想起自己曾经对Sky许下的承诺，说要带他去搭飞机。采菱决定要实现对Sky的承诺，下定决心要克服对交通工具的恐惧。

　　Cai Ling finally finds out why she ran away from home after flipping through her old albums. She remembers having a child, Sky, and her promise to take him on an aeroplane one day. She decides to fulfil this promise and is determined to conquer her fears on transportation.

　　青山在采菱出国前写了一封信给她，采菱回信，说看了青山的信后，觉得很感动。青山因为和采菱感情有进展而欣慰不已，还要骏卫写信向雪芹道歉。骏卫虽然觉得写信很老土，但还是照着青山的话去做，果然感动了雪芹。

　　Qing Shan writes a letter to Cai Ling before she leaves the country. Cai Ling is touched by the letter and replies in reciprocation of Qing Shan’s feelings. Qing Shan is elated by her response and encourages Jun Wei to write an apology letter to Xue Qin. Although Jun Wei finds letter writing old-fashioned, he follows Qing Shan’s advice and manages to move Xue Qin’s heart.

　　青山把丽美痴呆症发作之前写给雪芹的信交给她，雪芹看了信后，终于原谅了母亲。丽美还找出一双已经缝好的珠鞋送给雪芹。原来丽美以前曾答应过雪芹，要缝一双珠鞋给她出嫁时穿，雪芹没想到母亲还记得对她的承诺，感动不已。

　　Qing Shan gives Xue Qin a letter that Li Mei wrote before getting dementia. Xue Qin decides to forgive her mother after reading the letter. Li Mei gives a pair of beaded shoe to Xue Qin. Li Mei promised Xue Qin before that she would sew a beaded shoe for her to wear at her wedding. Xue Qin is touched as she never expected her mother to remember her promise.
