　　Zhongzheng is arrested and he denies all allegations against him. He maintains that he only gave the money to Jimmy for his daughter’s operation out of sympathy. Zhijie and Yaojia release him due to the lack of evidence. Lantian warns Zhongzheng that he will arrest him personally if he is ever found to be guilty.

　　Lantian trails Zhongzheng to the warehouse and a gunfight ensues. Lantian loses his gun in the process but manages to snatch the evidence from Zhongzheng and advises him to surrender. Just when Zhongzheng contemplates on doing so, Dehai appears and attacks Lantian. Will Lantian survive? Will Xinyi and Yaojia reconcile?
