　　秋桦婚后想和建业组织小家庭，精明的宝珠不直接反对，却用奶奶香琴当挡箭牌，表示自己很开通，只要奶奶点头，她绝对不会反对。宝珠还要秋桦以后为家人下厨做饭，因为家里人都轮流下厨，秋桦觉得宝珠有意刁难。

　　Qiuhhua and Jianye wants to live on their own after their marriage. Baozhu is against the idea but instead of rejecting them directly she uses grandma Xiangqing as the excuse. Qiuhua feels that Baozhu is personally against her when Baozhu wants her to cook for the family.

　　Qiuhua arranged with Jianye to go house hunting and secretly con Xiangqin to come long so that she can make use of her to force Jianye to agree. Jianye is not happy with Qiuhua using Xiangqin. Qiuhua insists that the house is meant for investment and not to live it. Jianye is forced to buy the house when Xiangqin agrees to it.
